Rentals & Set-Up Package

$250 + rentals*

This package includes:

  • One On-site consultation to measure, evaluate the space.

  • Custom space layout tailored to your event flow

  • Expert rental recommendations

  • White-glove OCPR rentals set-up and breakdown included**

  • Assistance with recommendations of event enhancements such as luxury rentals, balloons, florals, or specialty décor, as requested.

Basic Event Package

$1,250 (up to 50 guests) + $85 per vendor

Designed for intimate gatherings—dinners, cocktail parties, children’s celebrations, or private corporate events—this package ensures every detail feels intentional and refined.

  • Curated event mood board to visualize your concept

  • Expert rental recommendations (with 10% off OCPR rentals)

  • Access to our trusted vendor network

  • White-glove OCPR rentals set-up and breakdown included**

  • Assistance with sourcing and schedule coordination of event enhancements (balloons, florals, décor, disposables, etc.)

  • 1 dedicated Day-of coordinator (2 hours): table and décor styling, vendor arrival management, and schedule execution***

  • 1 dedicated Day-of coordinator + 1 assistant (4 hours): table and décor styling, detailed vendor and event management***

  • Same-day table décor, linens, china and flatware breakdown included****
